Pharma booths people stop for.

Congress halls are loud and every booth is fighting for the same HCPs. These booths did what competitors weren’t doing: AR that made the science tangible, touchscreens that captured leads on the spot, and real patient stories that stopped people in their tracks.

The challenge

Win the HCP’s attention in the loudest room of the year.

At a major congress every booth is fighting for the same few minutes with the same physicians. One global pharma brand needed its inflammation programs to stand out and to show how one pathway touches the whole body. A second company needed its 20x20 medical affairs booth to stand out on a crowded floor and bring the human side of the condition to the HCPs who treat it.

The approach

Make the science something you can hold.

We did what no competitor on the floor was doing. A flexible booth that works at any size paired an iPad AR experience, showing the cells and mechanism of action up close, with large touchscreens featuring real people. HCPs could tap for more information and enter their email right at the screen, so walk-bys became leads. For the 20x20 booth, oversized portraits told the stories of patients living with the condition, in the brand’s boldest color.

The work

Booths, AR and touchscreens

The outcome
2x

more booth interactions vs. the previous show with the new booth system, which kept driving more leads show after show.
