One sales deck that gave a 10-rep team back 15+ hours a week.

Reps were stitching together Frankenstein decks from years of their own slides and everyone else’s. The numbers were wrong, the branding was gone, and cleanup took the in-house designer days. Graphic Dojo built a modular system that lets reps assemble an accurate, on-brand pitch in minutes, with a built-in way to request anything that’s missing.

The challenge

Frankenstein decks, wrong numbers, days of cleanup.

Reps built pitches from years of their own favorite slides mixed with everyone else’s. Information was out of date, branding was inconsistent, and even when a deck went to the in-house designer, fixing it took days. Prospects heard a different story depending on who they talked to.

The approach

A system that grows with the team.

We rebuilt the story around what buyers need to decide, then designed a modular master deck with brand-locked templates and approved data. Reps take the sections they need and piece together the rest in minutes. When something is missing, the system has an answer: locked fill-in slides where reps type their details for approval, and a request process for new slides. Every approved slide joins the library, so the system gets stronger with every request.
